Linen has been produced in Ireland for over three hundred years. It was the main focus of the Industrial revolution in Northern Ireland with engineering and infrastructure developing due to the requirements of the industry. In the 18th and 19th centuries nearly every town in Northern Ireland had a mill or factory.
In 1912 when the Titanic set sail, there were 40,000 Irish Linen dinner napkins on board, as well as thousands of linen tablecloths, sheets and towels.
We are proud to offer some of the finest Irish Linen products including Irish Linen handkerchiefs, Irish Linen Tablecloths and Christening gowns by top brand Irish Touch.
