Can I use my existing Gift card?
Yes, your gift card is still valid for our new website. To redeem, check your email for a new gift card code that has been sent to you. The code is the same, other than removing the underscore ( _ ). Please contact us via our customer service team if you have any issues.
I had used a portion of my balance, will the rest still be valid?
Yes, all valid gift cards are still valid and working. Please check your email for an updated gift card code. Remember that our gift cards never expire!
Where can I redeem my gift card?
Gift cards are redeemed in the checkout section of our website. Enter your code into the gift card field in the order summary when checking out.
When can I buy gift cards?
Very soon! We hope to launch gift cards in the coming weeks. If you can't wait, our customer service team can generate them for you. Please contact us via our Chat Bot on the bottom right of the page.
What can I purchase with my gift card?
