A quick update from Lulu & the team.
Hi everyone,
First of all, I hope you and yours are keeping safe and well. The times we are living through are certainly challenging. I just wanted to let you know that we are still open and we want to help you to continue to share a little piece of Ireland with your loved ones at this difficult time. Here’s an update on our procedures, which will hopefully address some of the concerns and queries you may have.

Are you still delivering?
Yes, we are still sending lovely parcels from Ireland to all of our customers. However, our warehouse will be working with reduced resources due to the Irish Government’s social distancing guidelines, and while we continue to deliver for all of our customers, there may be delays in some of our orders.
What is your returns policy?
As always, we offer free returns – and due to the current situation, we have extended our free returns policy to 180 days (6 months).
How are you ensuring the safety of your staff?
People are our priority. In the face of COVID-19 developing around the world, our commitment is to adhere to the Irish Government and World Health Organisation’s protocols. Our warehouse staff have now been reduced and are working under strict social distancing guidelines.

Our head office team, including our customer support team, are all safely working from home and available to answer any questions.
Is your Customer Service department still open?
Yes, they are indeed. You can make contact with us on [email protected] or call us on our toll free number 1800 707 5037. If outside the US we can be contacted on our international number 01 861 1590.
Are all Your products still available?
We have good stocks on many of our product lines and these are clearly marked as  AVAILABLE  on the website. Please note that we may not have stocks of every color and size at present. We are working closely with our suppliers to manage the safe delivery of further stocks for all our ranges.
What happens if I am self-isolating and need to return an item?
No need to worry. We have allowed plenty of extra time for returns. Just send your item back to us when it is absolutely safe for you to do so.
