Carried in his armoured car during the Béal Na Bláth ambush, it was recovered by Nurse Nora O'Donoghue and later donated to the National Museum. Now, in collaboration with Michael Collins House, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, Foxford have reproduced this historic blanket. Made with olive, gold, and white wool yarn in a traditional Foxford check pattern.
