Hi Everyone. I just wanted to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year. I hope you all keeping safe and well.
It’s been a year none of us will ever forget. As we come to the end of 2020 and all its challenges, I also wanted say a huge thank you for your continued support and also for your patience and understanding these past months as we’ve navigated new ways to work safely while continuing to deliver a little piece of Ireland to you and your friends and loved ones.
None of us could have imagined how much the world was about to change back in March and to say that it’s been tough is an understatement. Indeed, the words “challenging”, “unprecedented” and “uncertain” seem to have lost their meaning.
One thing I am certain of is the preciousness of family, friends and community, especially at this time of year. Wherever you are, I hope that you have been able to safely connect with your nearest and dearest and enjoy the festive season.
Once again, thank you so much for your continued loyalty and support,
Here’s to a safe, hopeful and healthy 2021.
Take care of yourselves and each other,
Nollaig shona dhuit
Lulu & all The Irish Store Family.
P.S. I know many of you had planned to visit Ireland in 2020 but had to cancel those plans. I really hope you’ll be able to come and visit us in the not too distant future when it’s safe to do so. We’ll be waiting to welcome you with open arms. In the meantime, here’s a video from my Meet the Makers roadtrip during the summer along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.
