Hi everyone. I’m excited this this week to introduce some further new lines added to our Winter Collection. It’s the collection that keeps on giving! Feast your eyes on some gorgeous new pieces for him and her. Perfect gifts with the festive season just around the corner!
Winter Collection 2020. New Lines
1. The Rathlin Aran Tunic
Modern design meets classic Aran craft in this stunning Aran for her. This beautiful Aran tunic combines the finest Aran stitch work with a bold on-trend design to create a truly stand out Aran knitwear piece with a generous length and stylish high neck. Made from beautifully soft merino wool in a choice of classic cream or soft rose.
2. Baltimore Fisherman’s Sweater
Next up it’s one for him and it’s classic and timeless. The chunky stitch and super soft merino yarn combine to create the perfect winter warmer.Choose army green or charcoal and treat him to his new favorite sweater from Ireland.
3. The Inishowen Aran Dress
The Aran dress is fast becoming just as much of a wardrobe staple as the classic Aran sweater. The Inishowen Aran dress takes its name from the stunning Donegal peninusla that leads to Ireland’s most northerly point. The Aran stitch patterns are exquisitely crafted with a bold diamond stitch in the main body. Finished with stunning crochet work on the hem and cuffs. Choose cream, navy or timeless black.
4. Irish Tweed Men’s Waistcoat
Next up it’s another one for him and it’s a real winner. Give him the classic country look with this beautifully crafted waistcoat from Mucros Weavers in the Kingdom of Kerry. At Mucros they use traditional weaving methods and the finest materials to create exceptional pieces. This is one of their best and makes the perfect gift for him this festive season.
5. Nephin Aran Sweater
Last but not least it’s one of my favorites from the Winter Collection. I just love the oversized design and the color choices of soft gray or army green. The fit is loose and relaxed-perfect with your favorite jeans and boots. Featuring a bold diamond stitch design in the main trimmed with classic cable and the Tree of Life stitch.
Thanks for dropping by and get your orders in now in plenty of time for the festive season. Do join me on Friday when I’ll be taking you on a very special journey along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way to meet some of our very talented makers and discover the stories behind the craft.
Take care of yourselves and each other,
