Fall/Winter 21- Behind the Scenes Sneak Peek!

Hi everyone. I hope you all had a good week. It’s certainly been a busy one here at The Irish Store, with our 10th birthday celebrations and the upcoming launch of our Fall/Winter 21 Collection which drops next weekend! This week, I’m so excited to give you all a sneak peek at our most exciting collection to date. Expect exclusive pieces, designer collaborations and exciting new colors on some of our bestselling customer favorites.

Our Wild Atlantic Way Photoshoot

It being our 10th birthday year, we decided to pull out all the stops when it came to choosing locations for this years photoshoot. There’s nothing like the majestic landscape of the west of Ireland to provide the perfect backdrop for any new collection and we’re thrilled with the results! This year we traveled to Kerry and West Cork as well as my beloved County Sligo, taking in some stunning scenery on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.

Sligo

Our Sligo shoot took us to many of my favorite spots in the heart of Yeats Country including Mullaghmore Head and Classiebawn Castle (pictured above) and the stunning Streedagh beach (below).

Kerry & West Cork

When it comes to dramatic backdrops, West Cork and Kerry offer an embarrassment of riches. Our travels for the next leg of our photoshoot took us to some of Ireland’s favorite locations on The Wild Atlantic Way including Molls Gap, Healy Pass and Sheep’s Head.

Fall/Winter 21 – Sneak Peek Time!

1. The Ultimate Fall/Winter Coat

Add some classic Celtic elegance to your fall/winter look with this super chic Irish Tweed Torc Coat. The Rusheen Cropped Aran sweater is definitely one of my favorites for Fall/Winter 21, especially in this gorgeous teal color. Exquisite Aran stitch craft meets contemporary design in this must have Aran sweater for her. The fit is generous and relaxed with a wide crew neck, dropped sleeves, a side slit and a short cropped length. Featuring exquisitely crafted Aran stitch patterns in luxuriously soft Donegal Luxe Melange yarn.

3. Designer Aran Must-Haves

After the success of last year’s collaboration, we’re delighted to team up once more with internationally acclaimed fashion designer, Paul Costelloe. The latest addition to our exclusive collection from Paul comes in versions for both him and her. His unique take on the classic Aran sweater features striking Aran stitch patterns of diamond and cable. The fit is relaxed and boxy with a wide crew neck and a ribbed hem and cuffs.

4. Exclusive to The Irish Store

Here’s one of our new pieces from our fall/winter 21 collection of exclusive designs for The Irish Store. The Glendalough Aran Sweater features a classic crew neck and wealth of beautifully detailed Aran stitch patterns, making it the perfect all round sweater for fall/winter. Made from gorgeously soft merino wool in versions for both him and her. And remember its an Irish Store exclusive so you won’t find it anywhere else.
